First thing: you made her head hugely oversized. It's massive. And considering this doesn't look like you were making a chibi, it looks very odd. You've gotta make it at least half that size.

But aside from that obvious thing, I see a little inconsistency in how she's standing. Her body is facing the heartfly thing, but her legs and feet are positioned side by side, as if she's looking right at the viewer. It's possible that she is indeed standing like that, but it looks odd.

Aside from the head, all your proportions are right on. Very nice and effective use of flowing lines for the background.
